That does disappoint me a bit, though I'm not worried about getting the 3000 model the 2000 model is the best anyway, I really wished they had figured out a way to reduce battery consumption cause 30 minutes no matter what anyone says it is a big deal, I've always been a hardcore handheld gamer and would kill batteries that would last over 20 hours (IE the GB series). I mostly keep my PSP plugged in while I play it but they should have figured out the battery life problem so it could at least equal its competition the DS.
