xbox 360 is in its 3rd year and has sold 20.5 million total. by the end of 08 its total should be around 23 million. In 2009 it will sell 10 million, and in 2010 it will sell 8 million. so i think 360 will sell around 41 million total before the next xbox comes out or when it stops selling.
and to all the wii fanboys: stop saying ps3 might not reach 50 million. even at this rate, ps3 will crack 50 million after being on the market for 5 years total. and its weekly sales in 2009 will be much more of what it is right now. i still think it has a chance of making 150 million if they bring out great games, make the price 250 in 2010, and keep supporting it all together until 2014.
