It's because it reminds you of that horrible, horrible movie, Hostel.

 

 

What was wrong with Hostel? That bit with the eye nipping scene was legendary

 

I turned it off half-way through.

The cover intrigued me...because I thought it was going to give me a mashup of Eraserhead and Saw...sadly...it didn't deliver on teh Eraserhead bit....and I didn't want to stick around to see the Saw bits.
