Unless you think the Wii will never make it, you have to pick the Wii. Not, because of its 10+ million unit lead (though that helps), but because it has higher production, and because Nintendo essentially has a system already in place for production ramp ups.
To those of you who forcast one (or both) of the HD console experiencing a double/triple/whatever in demand next year, I ask where are all those consoles going to come from? How fast do you think Sony/MS could or more importantly would ramp up? Remember both companys are run by business people, not fan boys, who will likely want to see sustained demand before spending hundreds of millions on new production facilities. (and every month they wait Wii extends its lead and gets closer to 100million)
