Isn't this flamebait? The PS3 hasn't got a snowflake's chance on satan's butt reaching the 100 million before Wii. And the chances that the PS3 will ever hit 100 million are close to none. There's even a chance that the PS3's life will end with less than half of that 100 million.
I think the PS3 has a really slight chance of hitting the 100 million, but to make that happen, the Wii would have to sell like 250 or 300 million units, and the generation would have to take like 15 years.
So it's kind of impossible.
There is no race, the OP must either be somebody who loves the industry so much that he goes irrational for it making it to almost half a billion sold consoles, or he's trying to lure out the fanboys.
I'll go ahead and assume the first one of these options is true :)
