This isn't a merge ( like when Squaresoft and Enix swap their stokes, with Enix gains major ownership of the new SquareEnix ).
It is like when SE absorbed Taito. Taito is now a SE subsididiare, it still has its name but it is fully owned by SE ( like Hudosn still retains its name but is owned by Konami ).
