I really don't know enough about the companies to say anything smart, so I won't try.
I will say that Tecmo isn't very strong outside of Japan and now they have lost their best talent and executives.
If S-E buys them I would think it is for their IP.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
