Coolness isn't subjective, it is injective. It's like playing The Game. If you feel the desire or need to be seen as cool, or if you think coolness is something that an outside party can determine, whether you think you are or not, you are automatically not.

It's like humility, in that you can't go bragging to other people about how you have it. You simply ARE. Not for gain, not to appease, but because your actions you take and choices you make are governed by what you feel is right.

"Cool" is the unshakable certainty of yourself as a person, even if not the things you do or the things you believe in, but that ultimately, whatever path in life you take will be pursued because it is the best choice

I've been cool on occasion, and occasionally not cool, in fact, while making this post, I swung in and out of coolness no less than 3 times, possibly 4.

Sadly, while I think your analysis is spot on, I feel it will completely fail to hit its target audience.

Which is cool in and of itself.
