Shuppet you get by breeding it's evolved form. And in the last sentence there you kinda contradicted yourself. As that what we've been saying.
Even if you've got the Game Pak inserted, you don't have to have those Pokemon on the other game and transfer them, you just find them in the wild. Tbh though, you're just nitpicking.
