Staryu: Canalave City, or Sunyshore City with the Super Rod
Scyther: Route 229 (Diamond only)
Nidoran Male and Female both: Route 201
Dratini: Behind the waterfall in Mt. Coronet with Super Rod
Larvitar (first form of Tyranitar): Route 207 (diamond only)
All of these are available after you get the national dex. Starters and legends are not available in the game without trading as I said in every previous post. I'm sorry, but I have to ask, what does it feel like looking completely ignorant on a forum full of hundreds of gamers? Is it fun? I can honestly say I have never experienced it.
