Why silent? And even then broadcast began when Russian troops broke the Georgian army from Ossetia ...
This is all information warfare, which Russia lost, unfortunately ...
And if Russia did not intervene, the Georgian army cut the entire Ossetian people and I am more than confident that the west would be made in either the word about this ...

 

Ziss, they did. Here in Finland, YLE monitored the situation through it's correspondents since early August, before Georgia had moved/ been baited into moving. And I'm pretty damn sure that Finnish media wasn't the only neutral party keeping track of things.

Also, cut down on the emotionalism. If you wish to support Russians in this, that's fine, but at least try to look at the bigger picture from all sides of the issue before you revert to your "Russland uber alles" - tirade.

Every side of this conflict has blood on their hands - Georgia, South Ossetia and Russia. Russia certainly isn't the hero in this one, like you prefer to believe.
