Again I will have to call on hisotry to point out how many current countries right now solely exist, or some major properties of them simply are (like religion), because they received foreign aid when they rose up against their governments. A lot of the European Protestant countries fall under this, as well as the US, most of South America, in fact many places which were occupied at one time by Europe have benefited from foreign aid to separate.

P.S. Seeing how you are not from the US and from Europe I guess I will start using a bit more European examples. Also I editted my last post to try and answer some of your points.

I doubt Bush can have engineered anything more complex than a landscape using those Legoes that are3 years of age or less, Duplo. You are just giving him oo much credit now.
