On what planet is Bioshock a horror game? Sure, it has some tense moments, but nothing that's ever meant to scare you.
Resident Evil 4 is absolutely survival horror. If Dawn of the Dead is a horror movie, then RE4 and 5 definitely are--both feature incredibly smart 'zombies' that run at the characters, work together, and are incredibly intelligent. So there.
