And this is just as likely as that everything stays the same. Margins of Error work only if you try to extrapolate a overall value from a statistical sample of correct sample values. If you extrapolate into the future you have NO fixed sample values and all you do is fortune telling. That's no statistics. Did I say recently that we have too many would-be analysts on this page? |

It's just a statement of what would need to occur for it to happen.
We have too many people who are blinded by their biases on this page.
