Well there are a couple things to take into consideration.

Theres an acute differance between what software developers do with their software and what the hardware is capable of running. Look at NFL QUarteback Club for Dreamcast and it's obvious how bad a game can look on any system. Look at Resident Evil for Gamecube and bask in the glory that WAS NEVER REPLICATED on xbox or PS2 (side note: Mikami himself said the other systems COULD NOT do it). So that's that.
Game by game analysis is thustly hard because it depends on how the developer handled the game.

As far as just straight up facts go on the hardware. XBOX360 wins. Anyone who says elsewise is lying. pure and simple. More RAM and performs at a faster framerate.

Lastly does this matter to the audience at hand. He^ says it doesn't. I'm more inclined to say it does.

I can do another comparison later and will probably post again when I do. At some point I plan on having my nephew bring over his PS3 and me hooking up my XBOX360 (when it finally frickin comes!!) renting games that are on both and doing a comparrison. Then I will tell you all what I see with my own eyes.
