so wait.....M$ and Sony both jacked Immersion's technology and Immersion sued both. M$ settled, but Sony went through the lawsuit, and paid later. Now they're saying that basically M$ settled under the pretenses that, essentially, Immersion NEVER gets the money they were owed from Sony anyway. Isn't that...illegal.
If I owe someone money, you can't sue that someone because I paid what they were due......wtf.
