personally, I'd skip selling them and buy a custom case for the things. Instead of having to get a whle new system, just mod up your new system.

and that's not even counting the ability to mix and match between what you order and what you already have.
I just recently made a yin yang DS set for my fiance and I that are white and black, (they were originally a white DS and a black DS, but I switched pieces around to make each of them white and black) they both really look great. It was a little nerve-wracking keeping track of all the screws and making sure I didn't rip any of the ribbons, but it's all in all a really fun experience, and didn't even take more than about 4 hours or so for each system.
