Jet Force Gemini was an awesome game and shit, was it epic. I loved the game design and remember being addicted to it until I completed it all those years ago.
Also, it was a technical acheivement aurally on the cart-based N64. Not only did it have the best soundtrack for it's time, it also had the best sound quality of any N64 game. It featured what is easily Robin Beanland's best score... wonder whatever happened to that guy.
Man, how I'd cream my boxers if we could get a Wii remake of that game.
Juno was awesome. So was Vela. Shit, Lupus the dog was awesome. The ungrade you got halfway through the game. Using different characters on different levels in order to save (or kill!) all of the Tribals. And... MR. PANTS. Pwned.
