There is a mistake in this article, the 19 million figure for X360 worldwide is through March.
And Yes I believe this shows PS3 is undertracked in America... however adding extra consoles to that figure would put the total sales above the shipped consoles, which means PS3 is overtracked in Europe (Japan is very accurate)
