Looking at the LTD figures.

Canada buys about:

9% Wii consoles compared to the US (11.4 milion for July, NPD)
8% 360 consoles compared to the US (10.7 million)
10% PS3 consoles compared to the US (5.1 million)

Canada + US (July):
~Wii 12.46 million
~360 11.57 million
~PS3 5.62 million
