No it's IN as in "a trait that can't be separated from the subject" like inflammable.
Seriously though, I purposely filled the post with numbers and facts to keep fanboys of either party away. I really want to discuss this. Is 80k/week possible? Is 40k? Will it matters when it happens?
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
