I watched the videos again with the sound higher:
Vid 1: The controls sound like they are going to be loads of fun, and give the player much more fluid control over the minions.
Vid 2: This guy is trying to building Overlord into a strong brand across all platforms, he sounds like he really has a good understanding of gamers.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
