Why would they be screwed? They are selling like they wanted to sell in the first place in NA, though a price cut in japan isnt out of the question. Besides they arent going against the wii, they are competing against the 360. Then they'll deal with the wii with the ps2. Tehy never wanted to go against nintendo in the first place but they were rejected..
