FF Versus XIII might just be, as someone suggested. It's exclusive, pretty high-profile and most likely good.
I'd say LBP has a good chance although I wouldn't be so sure about it.
MAG has a chance but at the moment it's pretty hard to say. I'm afraid they're not going to hype it enough to make it a system-seller.
I really think we're mostly moving away from system-sellers. All consoles have some AAA games and after they have a few, they'll need AAAAA (the two extra As might just come from being high-profile, not necessarily quality) (Halo, Final Fantasy main series, Gran Turismo, etc.) titles if they want system-sellers.
