Ripoff of the playstation Eye/Eye toy.... that's a big stretch.
Even if it was a ripoff of it... you'd mean it was a ripoff of the Dream eye. Which the PS cameras ripped off.
If anything though i bet it's just a ripoff of whatever audio confrencing system Nintendo uses for their meetings.
