you guys misunderstood me
what I tried to say is, that hopefully someday a console will sell even better than the Wii (and the DS - I'm not sure which of those will end up higher than the other tbh), for if the Wii becomes the best seller "ever" it means the industry will be stagnant or declining afterwards

I don't own the console, yes, but I'm very excited, that the old and stagnant controlling system finally has been revolutionized. It wasn't preceise enough yet for my taste, which is why I'm waiting until the controls are enhanced with less noticeable lag and better "1:1 movement". I'll try how the Wii Motion+ feels to me, but I'm rather sure I will wait until the next console generation to buy a console with motion controls (I'm pretty sure all 3 manufacturers will have one the next gen).
