Another strong case is when the fetus can actually survive on its own outside the womb, which can vary based upon the baby, but is generally in the 5-8 month range. Obviously the baby needs a lot more postnatal care if it is only 5 months.

 

I was going to stay out of this thread (due to way too many ignorant and downright cop-out responses), but this response was intriguing.  Do you disagree with your candidate on this issue, then?  Obama wants partial-birth and other methods of abortion to be legal up until birth; hell, he even was the only Illinois state senator to vote against a bill requiring doctors not to let babies that survived abortion and were born alive just die.
