New PS3 may already be using 65/65 chipset

@obieslut -- I'm guessing that the 65nm RSX would result in a saving of $15 - $20. Which isn't much on its own, but the smaller chip should lead to cost cutting in other area's such as the cooling system, Motherboard, Power supply and eventually console size.
