WRONG
The problem is your analysis of what the past trends were. Instead of properly realizing the reasons behind the PS2's success and how the Wii more closely represents that strategy you chose to believe everything is wrong and the same trends no longer apply since the PS3 is not a runaway triumph. Historical trends still apply, you just have to realize how to interpret them properly.
