Luigi, due to his cowardliness and funny expressions, isn't your typical hero. And that's what made him so great in Luigi's Mansion. Now, I wouldn't mind a Luigi's Mansion 2 like OkeyDokey mentioned, but a Paper Luigi (with actual RPG elements) would be a day one purchase for me.
