I hope this comes out to the UK/Europe cause I love the gradius/parodius games :o
I know that previous parodius games were released by Konmai on the sega Saturn/Ps1, Nes and Snes
at least make the japanese release region free *fingers crossed*

oh there is a otomedius trailer on the japanese xbl which runs much smoother
