Heavenly Sword is up ! !

I got to play it.

The Good:
The graphical display is fantastic.

The sound is great, the voice acting superb, the animations smooth.

The counterattacks and aerial moves are sweet.

The Production values are obviously high from the presentation of the game.


The Bad:
Controls. No Jump? How awkward ...

Right analog is a dodge button, should be free camera.

Auto block? Completely disorienting.

Framerate not nearly as smooth as God of War.

Demo was so short, they might as well call it a teaser demo.


As I understand, this is the same demo from GDC, so the game has certainly come a long way since then, I assume (and hope).

Conclusion:
It more so got me hoping for next gen God of War. Oh, the possibilities .....

This would have to tide me over until God of War, so I would probably purchase it, if I had a PS3.
