I think this will be a big seller. It has multiplayer, Mario, and fun for all the family. I can't see it shifting much hardware though. At the end of the day, we have all seen and done it before.
Mario Galaxy
No release date yet. I think Nintendo are really lost with this project to be honest. It deserves a thread of its own.
Smash Bros
Again, no release date. This should be a strong software seller, and possibly a killer app to sell hardware if they do it right. Is still a big unknown at this time though.

The bears are saying the franchise has been overdone but the bulls are saying the information Nintendo has released regarding new game play through use of the Wii remote will revive the series. Additionally, many people are just discovering Nintendo again with the Wii and Mario Party is new too them. Many Wii customers have not owned a console for years.
Super Mario Galaxy is currently predicted to sell 5.70 million copies.

What makes you believe Nintendo is lost on this game? I think the current prediction is actually low given the increasing appeal of the Nintendo Wii. Super Mario Galaxy's current low prediction should be a buying opportunity. (I am long Super Mario Galaxy shares)

I am a little more concerned about this title. It is a very strong franchise, but as people on the simExchange have noted, HAL Labs has disclosed that the game will not rely on motion game play because they think it takes away from the Smash Bros game play. Many of the people picking up the Wii are only interested in motion game play.
