Anyone Notice that DS has more Million Sellers than PS2 in Japan?

That makes for 48 million sellers in the ps1 gen vs. 19 million sellers during the ps2 generation. I'm sure you can find an obvious increase in handheld sales over the same period, but there is clearly not as many people playing consoles in Japan as there used to be. N64 sold 2/3 as many million sellers as PS2 with 1/5 the userbase

 

 That´s because ps2 got a better score outside japan, strangely enough. Check the database and you will see that worldwide ps2 has come with 195 million sellers, that´s quite a number. Don´t know if this gen is able too pull that. Individualyy, of course.
