The last game was "pretty good" - just needed polish. If they start with last years version, and sink another year of development into the title - it could be excellent.
(casting spells, and throwing stuff around with the Wiimote was heaps of fun).
PS - not sure if its been mentioned, but the "Half Blood Prince" movie has been delayed by 6 months till mid-2009 - and there is a good chance the games will be delayed too. Good news IMO, as even more time for polish/improvements.
