LOL @ America, that countries going to sink faster than a cement filled plastic bag, Anascape opened a whole can of worms, that judge needed to mitigate the penalty based on duration and exhuastion of the patent.
What's the point of innovation if everyone can sue you for doing it first.
On the civilian level the judicial system in America has always been screwed up, that's the reason they pay so much for anything medical, then complain about it. Wouldn't be suprised if people end up paying 350 for the Wii eventually over there.
The constitution is great, but all the little litigations here and there need to be rethought, that country is hurting itself in a bad way... now it's spreading.
