I do not think these guys can sue Nintendo. The gyroscope was developed by another company.
Therefore that company is the one that must be sued. Oh wait, I forgot my business law. You actually sue the company that has the most money. At least this is what I think.
If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba
