The difference between this one and most other ones, is that actually develop and produce products that uses their patent, not to mention license it.
Looks like Nintendo is going to have to settle on this one if they can't prove that their technology is not similar to this one. I always wondered what company make those funky kids tv games and did Nintendo license the idea. I guess not...
