They are always niche...

 

the fanbase outside of Japan is getting smaller and smaller. I don't understand though...JRPGS are (imo) one of the best genres there are. I wish they got better sales all around.

 

In fact it is THE best genre. Thing is that JRPG's are an acquired taste..
