Is it likely that games can 'surge' back up again.
Lets say that the new Final Fantasy (lost count) game DOES sell millions of PS3s, and the PS3 software goes up massively. Can games like Gundam Mosou and HSG5 magically sell hundreds of thousands more units.
More importantly, would VGC still track these games?
