Because Zelda makes sense. If Kratos killed someone immortal, the facts are wrong. I cannot bare playing a that stupid game.

TLoZ games make sense in its own universe. GoW does apparently not.

 You cannot kill someone immortal. Someone who is immortal cannot die. Therefore killing someone immortal doesn't make sense.

You just need to play the game. And stop saying it doesn't make sense. You obviously know nothing about it. So play it to find out. They are immortal. And I dont mean not aging. And it doesn't contridict itself. There are ways to kill immortals.
