Executive Producer is who bring the money to develop the software ( and is always the CEO of the company that publish it).

In the case of a Nintendo, the CEO at that time (2001) was still Hiroshi "Steel" Yamauchi.

 

Liking that pride avatar but I see now.. Sorry :\ I am indeed a fool.  I know what I like but I don't know much about business related aspects of developing games.
