At the end of 07 (dec 29th) the wii version had around 360k while the ps3 version had 675k. As it stands right now the ps3 version had 850k while the wii version has 790k. The wii version has sold 490k in 08 while the ps3 version sold 115k, that's the kind of legs that this game has. The wii version of madden 08 is STILL selling around 7k a week even after the release of madden 09.
The wii version of madden has increased by a higher percentage than the ps3 version, naturally though as the years go on it will get more front loaded (relatively) because the percentage of new owners to existing owners changes. That's why you can't just say that because 08 had 70k first week and 09 has 140k that 09 will end up at 1.6 million. I'm expecting 1.1-1.3 million for both the wii and ps3 version. It's gonna be close.
