Seriously, going over the red light district opens eyes. A lot of the ladies are quite shockingly amazing! I used to walk over them to the station when I was working in the neighbourhood, always interested to see what was going on this time (ranging from fights to drunk people, partying, hookers screaming on the street etc.)
On a queensday night out we did pay for a show once, but that was more for just having the experience of having a woman do something for money. So yes I fully support prostitutes if only for the lulz - try watching a Japanese man and a prostitude negotiate and you'll see why...
