The only things that I can think of that might give Afrika a leg up over Endless Ocean is that the gameplay seems to be more mission based (and thus more focussed) and there are elements of danger within the game.  These are two things I saw as common complaints from reviewers for Endless Ocean. 

That being said, there's probably different things wrong with Afrika so that the two may end up around the same anyway.
