It only went down 343k to 339k for July in America, when NPD has it at 205k.

You counted one week to much. July started with week ending on July 12 and ended on week ending on August 2.
X360 was adjusted down to 287,459 and PS3 up to 222,118. Wii numbers haven't been changed.
