I would have said Fenix...
However, upon watching the new trailers for Resistance 2, it appears the chimeran virus has started to affect Hales body in a very strong way. He now seems to be able to sustain massive amounts of damage without virtually any injury. (Getting thrown hundreds of feet through the air etc.)
So my vote will have to go to the superhuman Hale.
