Dumb, dumb, dumb response. Because the Wii came along, which has nothing to do with Sony, the PS3 is a failure. Businesses are successful to the extent they make money. It looks like PS3 will make money this gen, though it hasn't hit the black yet. Blu-ray will end up contributing, too.
It's fanboyism to say that something fails because some other company took 'first place' in raw sales.
