That's poor support, anyway you look at it, as there are very few games that have good quality for the holidays. Even if Nintendo only had Animal Crossing, it could make a cleaning with this sole title.
But the number of games released is already insane on Wii.
Also, the number of copies is insane. If Nintendo is stock-piling, and this time I think they are, I don't think they will be able to produce enough games, at least for NA.
In Europe, we saw shelves for Nintendo games completely empty, it was an eerie sight.

The announcements are coming, but it's not enough.

What would be enough, then? The only thing that the Wii is lacking at the moment, in terms of third-party support, is big-name sequels, and really, that's not what the system is about. Instead, the Wii is about new gameplay experiences and creative ideas.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
