Oh totally forgot to mention. If anyone wants to go ahead and try to buy something like this online. One of the safest ways is to get one of those pre-paid credit cards that have a limit amount to cover the cost of purchase plus shipping.
I haven't tried it yet since I have no need to do that but I don't see why it wouldn't work since it is a "credit card" to begin with.
